Job Summary
A non-profit needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Educational Equity Coach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determining and executing new tactics for attracting strategic clients
- Delivering services to clients, including coaching senior executives one-on-one
- Diagnosing client needs and designing the scope of our work with them
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel approximately 2-4 days per month
- Prior experience working in the education sector
- Experience operating at the most senior levels of organizations
- Demonstrated track record of success in managing a high-performing organization or team
- Ability to thoughtfully navigate issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
