Job Summary

An educational technology company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Educational Technology Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Identifying risks and tradeoffs and providing clear communication about potential impediments
Supporting the team through code reviews, and all agile ceremonies
Contributing to software development best practices

Qualifications for this position include:

7+ years of Java development experience
3+ years building solutions using Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security)
2+ years hands on experience in AWS services
Experience developing modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript, VueJS, React, Angular
Experience building microservice solutions
