A software and cloud communications company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Email Platform Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Helping, guiding, mentoring and influencing the team by sharing your knowledge and experience
- Balancing between tech debt and feature development by collaborating with engineering and product
- Collaborating with a diverse group of people with different backgrounds
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of relevant experience building highly available, scalable, fault tolerant and maintainable distributed systems
- Experience with one or more of following languages - Golang, Python, Java, C#, C++
- Understanding value of monitoring with metrics and alerting
- Understanding the importance of availability and reliability
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to build resilient systems that are maintainable for years to come
