Job Summary
A public services company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Employment Facilitator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals, while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps
- Conduct large group instruction and provide individual counseling on the job search process
- Mentor and assist in the training of Employment Facilitators new to the program
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some travel will be required
- Previous experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes
- Must have excellent time management skills and able to work independently
- Previous experience as a TAP classroom instructor or career counselor
- Able to communicate effectively with Military clients
