An engineering company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Estimator II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing the appropriate company and industry historical data for costing estimates
- Preparing or assisting in the preparation of project and discipline estimate summaries
- Preparing or assisting in the preparation of the Basis of Estimate
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and and experience
- 8 years of experience in Estimating, Pricing Proposal, or Finance in the Federal Government
- Understanding of estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, complex formulas and in database applications using Access
- Understanding of and ability to apply the Estimating System Pricing Guide
