Job Summary
A recruiting software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of 6 or more engineering managers and individual contributors
- Providing direct coaching and career development
- Helping guide technical strategy and solutions within your project and development team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to lead, manage, and mentor other engineers, technical leaders, and managers
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Experience managing a team of 6 or more of managers and individual contributors
- Experience deploying and debugging code across the full software lifecycle
