Job Summary

An identity protection technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Engineering Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Help build a data-driven culture by helping establish group wide OKRs and important metrics
• Track and communicate progress against both OKRs and metrics
• Promote the changes necessary to transform our Engineering function into an outstanding organization

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in product, engineering, ops, or technical consulting & success in positions of increasing responsibility
• 7+ years project management experience working with large-scale engineering teams (>200) spread across multiple geographies
• Deep familiarity with highly technical product development teams & processes
• The ability to balance short-term (tactical) and long term (strategic) plans
