Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Enterprise Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Solving complex customer support tickets
- Communicating technical information to customers and engineering groups
- Identifying bugs and improvements in the codebase
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel to meet with co-workers or attend company events
