Job Summary
An education company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Evaluation Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Setting vision and goals for the Impact Strategy Team in collaboration with VP, IST, informed by organizational strategy
- Setting and lead the organization’s evaluation strategy
- Preparing relevant updates to key partners, including board members, Springboard internal teams, and funders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Advanced degree in data analytics, quantitative methods, education policy and management, or similar fields
- At least 5 years of work experience
- At least 2 years experience managing a team
- Experience with analyzing data in education and/or social sciences
- Experience with statistical analysis
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Google Suite) and ability to learn new systems
