A staffing and recruiting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Executive Recruiter in Saint Louis.
Must be able to:
- Find, Engage, and schedule active/passive candidates
- Use complex search methods (Boolean searches)
- Build a pipeline of talent for future needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to work partial remote. (60% remote to start)
- High volume recruiting, corporate or staffing industry experience
- Experience mining resume databases utilizing boolean strings
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
- Familiarity with tracking sheets
