Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Executive Search Sourcer in Milwaukee.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position
- Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan
- Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies
- Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies
- Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions
- Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time
- Understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies
- Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
