Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Experience Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading design from the ground up as we develop new experiences for Sign users
• Using customer feedback and data analytics to focus on key problems to tackle for users
• Performing duties assigned

Required Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and storytelling skills
• Excellent design craft and the ability to blend that with strong business acumen
• Deep empathy for, and curiosity around the workflows of productivity workers
• 5+ years of experience in product/UX design with a proven track record of great designs and strategy that meet user needs, product requirements, and business objectives
