Job Summary
A software acquisition company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Finance Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a 50 + person, entirely remote Finance organization
- Driving productivity improvements through deep-diving and innovating
- Conducting statutory audits under US GAAP and IFRS
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree plus either CPA (or equivalent) and MBA
- 2+ years experience of managing international teams totaling 50+ finance professionals
- Responsibility of at least $500 million (annualized) turnover
- Successful track record as the CFO or SVP of Finance for a business division
- Experience managing a complex group audit - Big 4 or client side
- All other requirements necessary for this position
