A commercial real estate services and investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Financial Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Compiling budgetary and fiscal data
- Preparing revenue balance statements and historical comparisons
- Assisting in preparation of special studies, analysis, and recommendations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a business related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Requires knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and accounting principles
