A financial company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Financial Consultant in Hartford.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coaching and enabling business leaders
- Assessing progress through robust and objective maturity review processes
- Facilitating large scale audiences in interactive communities of practice
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel 10% of the time
- Minimum of certified green belt, Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience with McKinsey Lean Management implementations framework
- Experience in design and execution of new training curriculum and sustainment processes
- Minimum of 3-5 years of communication and change management experience
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Power Point required
