Job Summary

A financial services advisory firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Financial Customer Professional Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Receiving guidance and learning from coaches on a frequent basis to process these requests
  • Responding directly to information requests initiated by customers using a variety of systems
  • Providing information to clients, advisors, or other relationship partners, and work with appropriate internal partners to resolve any outstanding question(s)

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school or GED
  • Active Series 6
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Proven skills troubleshooting and identifying root causes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
