Job Summary
A financial services advisory firm is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Financial Customer Professional Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving guidance and learning from coaches on a frequent basis to process these requests
- Responding directly to information requests initiated by customers using a variety of systems
- Providing information to clients, advisors, or other relationship partners, and work with appropriate internal partners to resolve any outstanding question(s)
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school or GED
- Active Series 6
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills
- Proven skills troubleshooting and identifying root causes
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
