Job Summary
A financial lending company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Financial Payroll Tax Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Assist with Federal, State and Local payroll tax filings, audits and reconciliations to ensure tax compliance in all jurisdictions
- Work with payroll leaders on tax withholding setup in all states
- Assist with maintaining effective control procedures over payroll tax processes in alignment with best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
- 3-5 years of payroll tax experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to "roll up your sleeves"
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws
