Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Financial Software Customer Enablement Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting pre-appointment research to ensure understanding of customer questions
  • Developing and delivering Customer Enablement programs
  • Driving creation of new, value-add programs to drive customer feature adoption

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant working experience
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting
  • 5+ years of software consulting and deployment experience on large enterprise projects
  • The ability to work on multiple engagements and deliverables simultaneously
