Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Financial Software Production Support and Maintenance Professional in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and perform analysis on inbound feed validations/control breaches
- Overseeing the preparation and distribution of stakeholder communication
- Monitoring and managing the Service Now INCs routed to the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Currently work-from-home and will move to the office after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
- 2 years or more Financial and/or Regulatory Reporting experience
- Project Management skills and exposure to IT systems development life cycle
- Finance, Business or related Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Must have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access
