Job Summary
A company offering fraud protection for eCommerce businesses has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Fraud Protection Platform Engineering Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Growing and leading multiple teams of highly-engaged managers and engineers
- Overseeing and optimizing spending on cloud providers and other third-party software tools
- Enabling engineering teams to create systems that meet uptime and latency Service Level Objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of work experience in leading engineering teams with a deep technical understanding of cloud platforms
- Leadership experience in complex software engineering or technology organizations
- Experience at a high-availability, continuous deployment company
- Experience working with teams distributed across multiple time zones where much communication is written and asynchronous
- Excellent people leadership skills
