Job Summary
An online media company that is focused on unbiased news reporting is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Frontend Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Lead the team through adopting and implementing frontend technologies
- Write clean, well-documented, and well-tested code using best practices
- Collaborate with Axios’ platform, product, and design teams to ensure we quickly ship and iterate on high-quality products
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience building frontend codebases in React, GraphQL and Tailwind
- Proven ability to ship high quality, testable, and accessible code quickly
- Experience working with product designers is preferred
- Experience working with back-end teams to integrate APIs is preferred
- Experience working on page performance and accessibility is preferred
- Excitement and interest in startups, SaaS, and creative problem solving
