Skills and Requirements Include:
- Meet up at least twice a year
- Extensive experience building ambitious web applications using modern libraries or frameworks
- Expert proficiency in at least one programming language, e.g. Ruby, Python, or Javascript
- Experience with continuous integration, automated tests, and build processes
