Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Fundraising Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Personally participate in the ongoing cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift prospects
- Prepare and present reports to client organizations’ leadership
- Work collaboratively with clients to create strategic philanthropy plans
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 2 days per week to visit clients may be required
- The experience to serve as a resource for the Board of Directors
- Comprehensive understanding of accepted and preferred methods of donor cultivation and solicitation
- Experience in the fundraising or development field of a non-profit institution or consulting firm
- Experience to provide on-the-ground sales support for the company
- The ability to work with advancement/development offices
