Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior General Liability Litigation Claim Representative in the Eastern Region.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and properly manage mitigation, subrogation, salvage and other recovery opportunities
- Negotiate skillfully in challenging situations with internal and external groups
- Properly assess the exposure of assigned claims
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- State required certification exams and adjusting licenses
- 5+ years relevant work experience required
- Adept at managing conflict as an opportunity to listen and share information
- Strong computer proficiency in utilizing software programs
- Technical expertise in managing claims of increasing complexity
- At least five years relevant experience handling general liability claims
