Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Genesys Developer and Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the Genesys infrastructure
- Ensuring the platform is fully operational and meets documented service level objectives
- Implementing, documenting, and maintaining Genesys routing strategies for all business units
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing or Information Systems or equivalent industry experience
- 10+ years of intense technical experience in the areas of contact center ACD, skills-based routing, WFM, etc
- 6+ years professional knowledge and experience in the design, configuration and implementation of Genesys 8.x Framework
- 3+ years professional knowledge and experience in the support and configuration of the Genesys PureEngage platform
- Strong understanding of networking technologies; TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, VLAN, SIP, UDP, QoS, and VoIP
- Experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests
