Job Summary

A management consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Senior GIS Data Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in needs assessments/requirements meetings
  • Manage large and small GIS projects for environmental applications
  • Support other personnel in utilizing GIS applications and software

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Being able to travel to client sites
  • At least 6 years of geospatial database development and management experience
  • Equivalent college level course work accepted
  • B.S. or Graduate degree in Geography/GIS, Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Equivalent experience is also acceptable
  • Hands-on experience with various database systems
