A medical technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Global Digital Experience and Customer Service Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing & evolving the strategy for and execute global digital roadmaps
  • Identifying new technology and digital communications channels
  • Designing capabilities to enable end-end consumer insights

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Marketing, or Information Technology or related field
  • 12+ years Marketing experience
  • Strong background in Information Technology (or vice versa) and Customer service
  • 5+ years prior management experience
  • Expertise in digital trends and innovations
  • Demonstrated understanding of leveraging data & analytics, innovative thinking
