A medical technology company is seeking a Telecommute Senior Global Digital Experience and Customer Service Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing & evolving the strategy for and execute global digital roadmaps
- Identifying new technology and digital communications channels
- Designing capabilities to enable end-end consumer insights
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Marketing, or Information Technology or related field
- 12+ years Marketing experience
- Strong background in Information Technology (or vice versa) and Customer service
- 5+ years prior management experience
- Expertise in digital trends and innovations
- Demonstrated understanding of leveraging data & analytics, innovative thinking
