Job Summary
A cloud computing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Global Enablement Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing impact assessment and stakeholder analysis deliverables
- Formulating the change management strategy and plan to facilitate a successful transition
- Drafting and deploying targeted communications and trainings to build awareness
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 3+ years developing and implementing on training/change management strategies
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, course development processes and mobile learning
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide, transformational, and multi disciplinary change initiatives
- Mobilizes and leads large, complex cross-functional project teams
- Experienced in enabling a Global Sales team in high tech or consulting
