Job Summary

A media and marketing solutions company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Growth Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Lead full-funnel marketing efforts (onsite and paid off-platform initiatives) to drive growth for our subscription offerings
  • Lead strategic channel expansion and funnel conversions through robust experimentation across channels
  • Develop and monitor robust KPIs and performance metrics across all channels

Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on CRO and paid digital channels
  • D2C experience required. Subscription based experience is a must
  • Expertise understanding, measuring, and reporting on incrementality & attribution
  • Proficiency with using analytics tools, ability to analyze data and make sound recommendations as needed
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality written and verbal content
