- 5+ years experience in developing lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven project management experience with the ability to indirectly lead and build consensus
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with consumer finance, mobile apps, or payments
