Job Summary
A consumer financial services company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Growth Marketing Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responsible for the management of our marketing automation platform and other Marketing applications
- Responsible for ensuring the operational performance and improvement of the end-to-end lead flow, including creation, scoring, routing, and nurturing
- Identify issues before others; collaborate to fix issues when they arrive; recommend new ways to optimize and improve the process; and document, measure, and train
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Remote based employees may occasionally travel to an Affirm office for meetings or team building events
- 5+ years of marketing operations and automation experience
- Sales operations or analytics background is a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with project management software (JIRA, Asana, etc.)
