Job Summary
A health benefit administration company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Health Benefit Financial Crimes Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead, support and develop a small impactful team of Fraud Data Analysts
- Lead change through continual collaboration and influence across the industry
- Lead and carry out the personnel actions for direct reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university in the Business Administration or Technological fields
- 7+ years of fraud management experience, developing complex fraud prevention strategies among increasing roles or accountability
- 5+ years of people management and development experience in the fraud space
- Strong people management, internal consulting, and partnering skills
- Proficiency with business and communications software
- Ability to articulate a compelling story and vision from raw data
