Job Summary
A global healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Health Care Operations Strategy Analyst in Minnetonka.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Using your Tableau and SQL skills to maintain, design, develop, and publish a suite of recurring competitive intelligence reporting
- Collecting and interpreting data from various internal and external sources; prepare and compile data (e.g. Excel data submitted by pricing teams, US Census Bureau data, internal membership data)
- Proposing and/or defining long-term strategies for implementing process and/or reporting improvements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Mathematics or related field
- 6+ years of related professional experience in a reporting and analytic role including the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of reporting/visualization tools and database queries
- 4+ years of developing reports in Tableau
- 4+ years SQL or relational database experience
- Ability to ensure that development requirements are clearly and comprehensively documented and understood, and support traceability
- Ability to provide technical support for internal team members providing data and end-users of the Tableau dashboard
