Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Health Insurance Customer Service Representative in the Marlborough Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering phone calls from customers
  • Evaluating and responding to all aspects of written billing inquiries
  • Complying with departmental Business Rules and Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • Must reside within a commutable distance from the Marlborough, MA office and be able to go into the office as needed for training, meetings, etc
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of Call Center Customer Service OR 1+ years of experience in a medical office, health care, or office setting
  • Strong keyboard and navigation skills and ability to learn new computer programs
