A healthcare insurance provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Health Insurance Leadership and Professional Development Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing, developing, managing, and delivering talent development solutions
• Shaping the culture, and providing leadership development solutions to achieve organizational results
• Completing paperwork

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) leadership, instructional design, training and development, education, business, or related field
• 5 years of experience in adult learning experience
• 5 years of experience in stand up, live, online, or mixed media teaching experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Ability to respond to in depth inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies
