Job Summary

A healthcare insurance and medical services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new software
  • Sort and provide resolutions to client questions and concerns
  • Prepare and conduct technical/product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • The ability to travel 25-50%
  • A solid technical background in configuring software, testing and/or troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • A mastery of case administration
  • Advanced skills in improving constituent-focused processes
