A healthcare insurance and medical services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technical guidance through the implementation of new software
- Sort and provide resolutions to client questions and concerns
- Prepare and conduct technical/product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings
Qualifications for this position include:
- The ability to travel 25-50%
- A solid technical background in configuring software, testing and/or troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Communication and leadership skills
- A mastery of case administration
- Advanced skills in improving constituent-focused processes
