Job Summary
A healthcare data and analytics company has a current position open for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Analytics Account Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Inspiring, motivating, coaching, and growing the account management teams
- Leading and implementing sales and customer success strategy from initial lead through the entire customer lifecycle
- Managing and coaching the account management team to manage a complex sales environment utilizing excellent negotiation, relationship and presentation skills
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the growing current Client revenue in a Software as a service (“SaaS”) operating model in healthcare
- History of driving teams to consistently over achieving sales goals and increasing Client satisfaction
- Proven track record leading healthcare software account management teams
- Experience implementing creative ways to increase pipeline, managing cross-selling analysis, activities and closing processes
