A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Business Analyst in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Creating, maintaining and improving long range capacity plans / staffing models
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities and risks for business partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Operations, Health Administration
- 3+ years of business or finance operations experience
- Intermediate or better level of experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including early / late hours at times
- Background and experience in Finance, Capacity Planning, or Operations Management
