A healthcare and therapy company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Corporate Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Manage risk and ensure business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in agreements
- Support corporate development with transactions
- Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- JD, top academic credentials, top law firm training and member in good standing of a state bar
- 5-9+ years of relevant corporate/transactional experience
- Experience with equity management platforms
- Outstanding analytical, drafting, negotiation, collaboration, written and communication skills
- Exceptional and pragmatic organizational, project management, problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to think and execute both strategically and tactically
