Job Summary
A non-profit healthcare group has an open position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Customer Design and Technology Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the primary liaison between business and technical partners
- Translating and documenting customer needs into actionable designs and business requirements
- Translating and documenting designs into actionable business requirements
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
- At least five to seven years of experience in the customer or operations technology field
- Strong technical and business knowledge
- Strong experience in designing and using technical products
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with conflict and manage relations that balance system needs and entity priorities
