Job Summary
A healthcare system is seeking a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing and developing next-generation Kappa-style data architecture in a functional programming environment
- Supporting analytics work (statistical modeling, machine learning) and developing/integrating analytics insights
- Learning new tools, techniques, and languages as we scale and encounter additional data challenges
Qualifications for this position include:
- Masters degree or greater in a relevant field
- Extensive experience with DevOps, systems engineering/orchestration
- Strong ability to understand and work with distributed systems
- Primarily a data engineering role (70+%) and handle analytical challenges as well (30+%)
- Understanding the nuances of testing in distributed/probabilistic systems
- All other requirements necessary for this position
