Job Summary
A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architecture and AI models
- Assembling large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
- Building the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL)
- 2+ years of experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets
- 2+ years of experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions
- 1+ year Kafka streaming experience
- Working familiarity with a variety of databases
