Job Summary
A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Insurance Underwriter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solve moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
Qualifications for this position include:
- Equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- 1+ years experience in healthcare insurance industry
- 1+ years Underwriting experience in healthcare insurance industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
- Ability to think critically and problem solve in a technical environment
