Job Summary

A health technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Platform Operations Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing python scripts to manage AWS resources from API calls using BOTO SDK
  • Developing and enhancing of the Python code using AWS Lambda for the API’s hosted in AWS Marketplace
  • Designing and building automated solutions for the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based systems

Required Skills:

  • BS Computer Science or related field or
  • Equivalent experience
  • 8+ years experience
  • Cloud Technologies: AWS Services (EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Lambda)
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot Marketplace Platform related issues
  • Knowledge about zero downtime in software upgrades without effecting runtime live traffic
