Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Practice Performance Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Risk and Quality Client Programs
- Delivers diagnosis coding tools to providers
- Consult with provider groups on gaps in documentation and coding
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience within the Healthcare Field
- High school diploma/GED or above
- Understanding of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and ACA programs
- Ability to identify confidentiality and its requirements (HIPAA)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel (Pivot tables, excel functions), PowerPoint and Word)
