- 4+ years of digital product and content design experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering formal and informal presentations to influence and win support from team members
- Experience with Human-centered design and accessibility standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix environment requiring flexibility and adaptability to change
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma design tools
