Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Provider Network Director.

Must be able to:

• Continuously strive to identify and execute operational efficiency improvements
• Develop and implement the the program’s operational strategy
• Implement and monitor all operational departmental systems to ensure standards are met

Required Skills:

• Experience leading and growing Provider Networks
• Experience in managed care health plan policies, compliance, and operations
• Experience in the development and implementation of value-based provider reimbursement programs
• Contracting and provider relations expertise
• Knowledge of local, regional, state, and federal laws, ordinances, regulations, codes and precedents
• Strong computer skills that include MS Office products
