Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing multiple positions as well as small to large scale hiring initiatives throughout the full recruitment life cycle
• Strategizing with hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to attract and hire top talent to the organization
• Partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and engagement approaches

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment
• 1+ years of experience managing high volume hiring initiatives
• Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client relationships
• Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to be highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond
