Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Service Now Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow catalog item and workflows
  • Develop custom Service portal pages/widgets to support the Business
  • Provide release and incident management support for the supported tools and services

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or
  • Equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • 2+ years of Experience in the Case Management, Employee Service Center Portal, HRSD and Virtual Agent modules of ServiceNow
  • 2+ years of experience with at least 1 scripting language
  • Experience developing applications in ServiceNow Service portal framework
