Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Senior Healthcare Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various software engineering and product development roles
  • Assisting with developing and iterating on strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
  • Maintaining accurate data and providing up to date funnel metrics and forecasts for executive reporting

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting roles at tech startups with a focus on engineering and product roles
  • 2+ years of experience with recruiting mid/senior level engineers for high-growth tech startups
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a proven track record of turning passive candidates into hires
  • Experience leveraging niche channels and tools
  • Ability and willingness to dig deep for hard to find talent
  • Ability to manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various software engineering and product development roles
